Beautiful quiet town, friendly and accomodationing hosts, clean rooms, and the perfect English pub with a lovely garden. We enjoyed every minute if our authentic stay.
This is such an amazing place to stay. Denise & Steven was incredible. Place has such charm and character. A proper bar with pool table and a large dining room. The beer garden is incredible.
I'd definitely recommend booking this place Till the next time
Three Horseshoes is the perfect place for an authentic stay at a Public House in a charming village that's both far enough from and close enough to today's modern conveniences. A great place to stay for visits to Bletchley Park, just go with the flow while here and the stay is even better. Immersion with local community on Pub Quiz night was a highlight of our stay. The chill in our room was more than made up for with the warmth of the fireplace, of the pub fare and traditional English breakfast, and most of all of the locals and staff. Coming from Canada, we felt most welcome here three years ago, so much so that we returned again recently and look forward to a future stay. Thank you!
I would have probably driven past if it hadn't been for the reviews. I am glad we stopped. Really warm welcome with lovely food and beer. Rooms are clean and comfortable and well presented. Breakfast was great. All in all a highly recommended pub stop that is definitely value for money.
We stayed here for a wedding and it was very nice indeed. The people running it were very helpful and the breakfast was fab!
Its a wonderful low cost place to say if you're working away.
Lovely little single room, and smashing service downstairs.
If I'm down here again I will stay again
It's a relatively clean, comfy, small room with a shared bathroom and an awkward layout, so mind your head in the shower. There's a bottled water biscuit and a kettle in the room. The walls are paper-thin, so I had a difficult night as the person snored next door. A room with a single-glazed window facing the busy main road doesn't help either.
I waited an hour for an undercooked ready-meal pie for my tea, although they were not busy. Everyone else who arrived 20 minutes after me was getting their food well before me, so I guess they had to source my pie for the shop or just forgot about my order. PS20 for a pie and a bottle of non-alcoholic beer. They made no apologies whatsoever. I wouldn't return, as the pie gave me a stomachache the next day.
