What will your little farmers do first? Head straight to Thrifty’s brand-new Outdoor Play Area, where they can swoosh down slides and climb high in to the tower. Or go direct to the new Animal Contact Barn to meet the adorable farmyard cows or handfeed sheep & goats. A visit to Thrift Farm would not be complete without visiting the new Paddock Trail, where you can see Ponies, Alpaca’s, Pigs and Ducks. And don’t miss the guinea pigs, & bunnies in the nearby close up contact area. Another new addition is the ‘ride on pedal tractors’, perfect for young farmers who like to whizz & vroom. Thrift Farm is also home to the Food 4 Thought Café. In addition to barista style coffee, discover a delicious range of local snacks, treats & meals.

Great farm for the little ones they loved feeding the animals, lots of variety and all inclusive. The older kids don't have much to do however. Prices are very reasonable and have fresh produce for sale aswell as a little cafe. It's a shame the customers can't read the signs and feed animals that clearly shouldn't be fed however this can't be held against the farm themselves. Staff are very polite and friendly and gave us lots of information and funny background stories about the different animals
We had a brilliant day at Thrift Farm today they have a lovely garden centre as you enter. They also had a cafe so plenty of places to get drinks and food from, we took a picnic with us just incase. They had an amazing little inside play area that was lovely, clean and well looked arfter. They had a picnic area and outside play area with lots to do. The girls loved petting the rabbits and guinea pigs. They also enjoyed getting eggs from the chickens.
A wonderful charity farm shop offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy touching and interacting with various farm animals, including pets and farmyard animals, making it an educational and fun experience. The shop supports a great cause, and the environment is perfect for families and animal lovers alike.
Excellent for young children as they can feed some of the animals. Variety of play areas is also good for small children and older ones. You can finish off your visit bia the cafe and garden centre. Well worth a visit.
I really love this place. A wonderful place where you can spend a day with your family with animals and various activities. It is a classic farm, not a commercial one, which I appreciate.
Charming place with charming staff.
A miserable February day but a brilliant visit for my 3 year old granddaughter who loved it all. Petting rabbits and guinea pigs was super fun as was feeding the hungry goats!
Staff here were all so very pleasant and welcoming - they love their work and the atmosphere they create is a real treat.
Thanks to you all
Went in January where it was only PS5 for adults so feel it was good value. The new soft play is a significant upgrade; it is fully indoors with some seating inside too. The baby area of the soft play is quite limited but the bigger kids section seems pretty good. It is a bit chilly in there as it isn't fully heated, but it's warmer than outside and with a coat/if they run around enough it's warm enough!
In the soft play there are a few play kitchen sets and dress up clothes too.
Of course it is a farm, but it is definitely worth wearing wellies in the winter as it is muddy near some of the enclosures
A great visit, so much to see. Cafe is brilliant, great coffee & cakes plus good value
Wonderful day out in the farm, lots of stunning animals and perfect amenities such as washing stations and also a nice cafe and shop for farmed goods.
Plentiful of parking and easy to navigate.
Was perfect.
