I had one of the worst experiences with this office. I lost time and money, so my advice is to stay away. I plan to report this to ICAEW and the Financial Reporting Council.
I went there to open a limited company, and the accountant mentioned she was going on a two-week holiday. Later, I emailed her for advice about two deals I had in progress, but a few days later, someone replied saying she was still on holiday. She charged me for setting up the company but didn't complete the work or care to follow up.
After three weeks, she finally replied with a rude and unprofessional message. Based on my experience, she lacks knowledge and provides very poor service. Make sure you choose the right accountant to avoid losing business.
