So much to say about our recent stay but I will try to bullet point:
Good points:
-Accommodation (jungle safari tent) was lovely, quiet, clean, all working fine, very pleased with it
-Location to parks great, we did Dino farm on our arrival day and main Gulliver's park on 2nd day.
-Didnt get food poisoning (which surprised me!)

Negatives:
-Signage to the site and in car park and as you enter adventure village is very poor, a simple EXIT road marking would be so helpful otherwise end up going down a dead end aisle. Its not clear when you walk in where to sign in or how to acess the Dino park, no instructions via email as I would have expected, it wasn't major issue but when you've travelled a long way and have a hot and bothered family a swift entry would help!
- The Restaurant, oh my goodness just awful for dinner and breakfast:
A) I was expecting so much more for the price we paid, very limited menu with no salad or veggies for kids,
B) There was about 3 people working their absolute hardest with at least 4/5 people standing around barely doing anything I wanted to shake them and say help out!! 1 person at the till with a massive que and doing the drinks (why couldn't someone else do the drinks for him) 1 person seemed to be doing all the cooking and food prep by the grill, why on earth they can't come up with a better system here to spend up the process
C) the food took ages to arrive, breakfast was 40minutes for 2 bacon rolls and 2 slices of bread which we then had to toast ourselves!
D) absolutely no ketchup, there was about 20 empty bottles evening and the next morning, and when asked to fill one for us they didn't do it, I can't believe the people standing around by the kitchen couldn't spend some time filling these or do it in the break before the dinner rush, my mind was blown by how awful the set up was when they clearly do this day in and day out.
E) luckily we were told when we first checked in to book a table but many people weren't and had young children being told to come back at 8.30 for their dinner! My advice would be book early and bring lots of food/snacks with you and don't expect much food!
F) Sticky tables, my absolute bugbear, just give them a decent clean for goodness sake. And slightly smashed glass table outside which my nephew cut his hand on, to be fair when I reported it they went of to check it immediately but I don't know if it got sorted

Otherwise we had a fab stay the Dino park was quite run down and the poor animals seemed to be struggling in the heat and 1 goat had very inflamed mammary glands I really hope she was under veterinary treatment.
Gulliver's park was lovely and clean and staff all lovely.
Am glad we came as wanted to for a long time and kids enjoyed it but definitely won't be coming back!
Holiday inn express less than 5 mins down the road was only PS66 a night with buffet breakfast included.. definitely recommend this

We checked in at 10 pm last night and they want us to check out at 10 am at the latest today. We requested late check-out from the reception because we only have an online meeting that lasted 1 hour, but they did not accept it and asked us for PS30 for late check-out. I have previously worked as a receptionist in different hotels and this situation is never acceptable. Rest assured I'm not eager to spend extra time here anyway. The room smells very bad, there are insects in the corners of the bed, the kettle is very dirty, there is not even liquid soap for washing hands in the toilet, pillows. It also smells very bad.

It's a really nice place the only downside to it is you can't drive a park near your caravan you have to park on the car park witch is a bit far

Food Poisoning, Filth, and a Ruined New Years Eve

I strongly advise any family considering Gulliver's Land for a special event to stay away. We paid a premium (PS330) for a New Year's Eve package, and it felt like the management's only goal was to squeeze cash out of us with zero regard for our experience or health.

The Food & The Aftermath The catering was shocking. Despite paying for a "package," no drinks were included--not even water or coffee at breakfast. The food itself was cheap, frozen quality (cold, hard chips and questionable chicken). Worst of all? All three of us (including our 5-year-old) came home with sickness and diarrhea. We essentially paid PS330 to get food poisoning.

The Accommodation from Hell Our cabin was dirty upon arrival. No soap in the dispensers. The pillows were paper-thin. To top it off, our TV was broken. We reported it at 11:00 PM hoping to watch the countdown. A handyman arrived at 11:20 PM reeking of cigarette smoke. He told us the socket needed replacing. We had to choose between letting a workman drill holes in our wall at midnight (waking our child) or staring at a blank screen. We chose the latter and welcomed the New Year huddled around an iPhone.

The "Entertainment" The disco was in a tiny room with a dancefloor the size of a postage stamp. There was nowhere to sit. The volume was deafeningly loud--unsafe for small children. We saw families walking out because it was unbearable.

The Management Response When I complained, "Darren" the manager admitted they failed but only offered "free tickets" to come back. Why on earth would we want to return to a place that gave us a dirty room and food poisoning?

Verdict: An absolute rip-off. They cut every corner possible. Do not waste your money.

In the dino den stegasaurus theres tons of cobwebs and dust also cutlery and bowls and plates are not provided well there shouldn't be anyway but if you think you want to come for holiday make sure to bring your own. The kettle still had old water in it and the duvets are yellowish and covered in lint. In the facilities the wall is sprawled with black mold under the sink In one of the dish washing rooms. On the good side it was cozy but definitively for 2 children up to 8 years old maybe with 2 parents at the most. The bunk bed is a bit too small for a teenager.

Excellent value for money.
Much enjoyed my one-night stay. The cabin was delightfully quirky and very well equipped.
Thank you
