Gymfinity Kids

My daughter (4yrs old) is just in her 4th session and she is so happy. What was important for me is that she had fun while learning and every single time she is smiling and laughing for the whole hour. The staff are amazing (literally every single one) they somehow manage a group of kids but give incredible detail to each one all session. I know my daughter will be here for years to come and I couldn't ask for a better place or team to help shape her growth

My daughter was doing really well and enjoying her classes until she had a 'coach' called Courtney. She is negative, unfriendly, unprofessional and has an awful attitude. Left my child feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome in her class.

Gymfinity is such a breath of fresh air in the children's gymnastics space. My son (8) loves gymnastics and is pretty good so ended up in fairly serious, time heavy set-ups that he liked but wasn't over the moon about. Now he trains at gymfinity he LOVES his sessions and gets 10 X the physical work out of his previous 3hour long sessions. The sessions are well planned and the groups are small so he is smashing it on his own terms in a lovely cooperative environment. His coach Kieran is his perfect coach my son as he genuinely cares and knows what he is doing. Subesequently my son has made SO much progress. The whole venue is full of smiles and the head coaches circulate and share their wealth of experience throughout the evening. The parent viewing area is amazing - good coffee, solid wi-fi, easy to see the session (not in that order!). Can't recommend it enough, we are never moving...

Very dangerous conditions and staff that clearly do not care and are not adequately trained. Management have no grasp on their staff to ensure the safety of children.

I was horrified when I attended Milton Keynes Gymfinity to watch my 5 year old.

Within the first 5 minutes I witnessed a girl in another group seriously injure her back. This was because the member of staff in charge of her group blatantly had no care in the world and left 3 kids unattended at a piece of equipment which resulted in the girl seriously hurting her back. I had to alert this member of staff that this poor girl was injured as this poor girl was left injured and crying on the floor.

Then whilst keeping an eye on my own child I noticed that the man in charge of my sons group was not watching the sponge pit at all meaning kids were jumping in and other kids were running and jumping into the sponge pit before the other kids had climbed out. He was not looking for managing the kids to ensure that only one kid jumped into the sponge pit at a time and also ensure that kid climbed out before another ran and jumped in.

A serious accident waiting to happen.

I called a manager over who equally didn't care and instead blamed the accident on the little girl saying she should not have been on the piece of equipment and tried to defend the man in charge of my sons group saying he cant control if the kids run off into the pit.

This is not true. He was not watching the children at all and had no structure or instructions to ensure the children were safe.

Having then carefully watched all groups at this centre its clear the staff are not trained or able to manage groups of children,
I was appalled.

My son transferred to another girl who often left the kids just sitting their with nothing to do. Then when the kids got bored she got flustered and ran off in a huff each time to speak to the manager who then came and told off the kids. Disgusting.

This girl should not be working with children until she has additional training on how to manage small kids.

The staff often were seen to be just standing around not knowing what to do with the children next.

It was an awful experience and the safety standards of this place were non-existent.

I have contacted the council to see if they can be inspected and have their licence revoked. This company should not be allowed to look after kids.

Just awful. No accountability and no customer service from the main offices.

I went to reception to move my child back to his original ninja classes. The staff were nice, but clearly struggling with the system and ended up using my phone to try and sort it.

Instead of just swapping the class, an extra one was added and I was charged PS37.47 for something I never asked for.

Since then I've been back to the club, emailed and called, and I just keep getting sent between the club and head office. No one is taking responsibility and no one is actually resolving it.

We've been coming here for 2 years and never had issues before which makes this even more frustrating. It's not just about the money, it's the way it's been handled. System issues always has been.

Really disappointing.

Nice place to play, although it is very dirty, there is dust everywhere, and foam blocks falling apart.. lack of maintnence, no lock on the door under the stairs.. , gates locks not working properly, there is a big lack safety in this place.
The place is run by kids who don't care..
We arrived and no one was at the reception, then someone then came and said "I don't know what you are here for, just go in".
Dirty looks at my autistic daughter because she was stimming from the same person at the reception. This place needs strong management, cleaning and professionalism.
