Thank you for having us, we truly had a wonderful experience. The service was warm, attentive, and beautifully delivered, creating an atmosphere that made us feel genuinely welcomed. The environment itself is serene, well-kept, and perfect for hosting family gatherings, group events, or simply enjoying a peaceful stay.A special appreciation goes to Muhammed, the chef. He was exceptional friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. His warm attitude and excellent service added a personal touch that made our visit even more memorable.Overall, it's a great place to stay, relax, and enjoy quality time. We left with smiles on our faces and gratitude in our hearts

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although fairly basic and without air conditioning. The hotel would benefit from some refurbishment, as certain facilities and equipment, such as the ironing facilities, appeared quite worn.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very busy during our visit, and while the breakfast was average, the evening meals were much better, with a good selection of vegetarian options. The food at dinner was particularly delicious.

We would like to give special thanks to Palraj, who went above and beyond. He was the only member of staff serving both the bar and restaurant tables in the evening, yet remained attentive, professional and courteous throughout.

The outdoor seating area was peaceful and provided a lovely place to relax. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. The only disappointment was that the spa jacuzzi was out of service during our stay.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff.

Very good service at this hotel.
Antalia at reception was amazing and Mohammed at breakfast was excellent.
Although the rooms dont have aircon, the bed is super comfortable and we love the fact that we can use the pool, sauna and steam facilities too.
I hope they keep the prices reasonable as we'd love to stay in this hotel again.

Very good service in the few times we have come to this hotel specially the service given by Mohammed in the kitchen as he help my wife a lot with her food allergies.
