Lift Gym

Lift is a members only Gym in Old Stratford, Milton Keynes.
We are ideal for those new to a Gym environment and offer support and personalised workout programmes as part of your membership.
We have a range of cardiovascular equipment, strength & conditioning machines, plate loaded machines and free weights.
We are a friendly gym with a relaxed atmosphere and we are very female friendly.
We are not interested in taking on hardcore lifters / power lifters to our membership.
Lots of free parking available and a free trial session for those interested in membership.
