Great swimming teachers but changing rooms and toilets are dirty and they smell Bad. Also, reception is a bit of a wait because receptionists are always on the phone.

Reception staff are just rude. My daughter's normal swimming teacher hasn't been in for a while and there's been no communication whatsoever about it.
I asked what was going on because the swimming sessions with the children have doubled in size. Communication these days has just gone out the window.

Increase kids membership by 100% in one go.... so what next year it will increase of 100% again then??? Truly Unbelievable, thats scamming customers, they are kids seriously! Glad not all business increase their price by 100% per year....zero star if could

Both my children go swimming there for ages. The swimming teachers are amazing,kind and very patient with children.

Fabulous pool, very helpful staff. I like that there is no diving/jumping in as its max depth is 1.5m in the middle - shallower at each end.
