Amazing, friendly atmosphere at an incredibly high level.

If you're new to combat sports or looking to improve your skills, I'd highly recommend Sparta. The gym is extremely well run, with a huge focus on the youth fight team and the progression of every member.

My lad's confidence has improved massively thanks to the effort put in not only by Tom, but also by the older kids who help oversee the sessions and willingly share their knowledge and experience.

It genuinely feels more like a family than "just another gym."

I've really enjoyed training at Sparta K1 Fighting Club. The sessions are intense, but in a good way. You can feel yourself improving every week. The team is friendly and motivating, which makes the atmosphere great even during hard training. The trainer is very professional, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about helping everyone get better. Definitely recommend this club to anyone who wants serious training and a strong team environment.

I absolutely love Club Sparta! What makes it so special to me is that I can train during sessions together with my kids -- it's such a great way to spend time as a family while staying active.

The atmosphere is amazing, full of positive energy and support. The coach is truly the best -- always patient, always willing to explain things step by step, and ready to show even the most challenging techniques to those who struggle the most.
