Established in 2018, local Owners Rob & Claire have been dedicated to creating a space for those who would not normally choose to exercise in a ‘gym environment’. Set in green surroundings with both indoor and outdoor space and plenty of parking, we focus on creating a relaxed, friendly and encouraging atmosphere for everyone. Whether you’re an absolute beginner who needs support and guidance, a regular class-goer who just loves that sense of community or if you identify as a ‘solo-trainer’, our Club has all the good bits and caters for your needs!
